are these ships inspected by our people in order ot be allowed to dock
Don’t know. What’s Going on Wth Shipping had an update this AM and they showed the Dali did pass its latest inspections done all over the world.

IF this report is true, that they were having these "serious power outages" and "severe electrical problem" during the time they were docked, prior to launch...and that "mechanics had been trying to fix the issue.
She said she didn't know whether the problem had been fixed when the ship set off."
This raises some questions: 1. Did the mechanics sign off on fixing the major electrical issues? Did they need too? 2. Who cleared the ship to leave after all those issues?
