Floridians will soon find out whether they’ll get to vote on allowing recreational marijuana and expanding abortion access.

The state Supreme Court heard arguments over the two proposed ballot initiatives in recent months. Since then, supporters and opponents have been waiting to see whether the high court gives the go-ahead.

Every single judge on the FL Supreme Court was appointed by a Republican Governor and is presumably a Republican to at least some extent.

That was the case as well back in 2015 when the all-GOP Court decreed that the state must perform some emergency congressional redistricting — to benefit DEMOCRATS.

If/when they hear the appeal of yesterday’s federal court ruling which upheld the current district lines, don’t be too shocked if the same thing happens again. Although 5 of the 7 current judges were not on the Court in 2015.

Still, even an all-GOP Court can be majority-RINO. So don’t count any chickens yet; they could go pro-abortionist and pro-Democrat (same thing, really) even when you think they won’t.
