I think you will find that is not true. You certainly can’t just kick out a renter who is meeting the terms of his lease. You certainly can’t kick out a renter because they made a complaint about living conditions provided they are meeting the terms of their lease or living arrangement.
Colorado did this a few years ago. Same basic law. Find a squatter, calls the cops, file the report and the bad guys go bye-bye instantly. Before in Colorado, like Florida, it took months in court.
