That’s what I wondered. Maybe the dog just couldn’t be around chickens. Our farm dogs attack the chickens and every other bird around here. They actually slaughtered a big nest of baby rabbits tonight. It’s the side of the dogs I don’t care for at all....but they are otherwise a couple of sweetie pies!

Judy are the dogs actually killing the chickens, etc. or just chasing them? If they are killing them it appears your family doesn’t mind that they are doing so and has never tried to stop them from doing so.
I don’t know how close of neighbors you have but what if the dogs are off killing their chickens? The neighbor would have every right to shoot the dogs.
You and Cotton seem to be missing the whole point though. When Kristi “the Master” of the dog tried to pull him off or make him stop, he turned on her and BIT her.
I don’t know about where you guys live but here if a dog bites someone and gets reported the humane society takes them and puts them down.
