I would interpret the purpose of this proclamation in the same light. The latter words do not diminish the instruction provided. The choice of Easter now requires churches that first of all identify with progressive/liberal/Democrat agendas to further confirm their faith principles by making adjustments to their understanding of scripture to place Transgenderism in proper relationship to Christianity. The choice of Easter Sunday says to me they are confident of further committing this ever-growing compliant segment of churches to the political agenda of Cultural Marxism as a substitute for what remains of our Republic.
My son and I had a similar experience when the pastor of the church he left had to deal with his interpretation of Christianity that gave unqualified support for whatever action blacks might take, because of his perception of the pervasive prejudice against blacks by his mostly white congregation and of whites in general.
