It’s dumb but March 31st has always been the day since it began in 2010. They didn’t make up the date in 2024. Easter just fell on the date.
Who knew before this year that a date celebrating such even existed? Or so many similar dates? How much time does Congress and/or the executive branch spend creating all these celebratory dates?
The House of Representatives has one primary job which is to propose the budget to be sent to the president, something they have not done for many years. It is frustrating.
