Just to show that the idiots in Oakland can’t put 2 and 2 together. The criminals won’t care if the vehicle is tracked because it’s stolen.

In the little town I live in (Central California) there are only four ways to drive in and out. They have these type of camera set up at each entry point. Reading the police report they post on line indicates they catch several stolen cars each month. So they have uses.
