I did get some tax credit on it. Which I hate, both because I hate the government messing with the free market, and because it artificially inflated the prices I paid up front. It takes years to get the full tax credit back in my tax refunds (because the tax credit is non-refundable, but does carry forward). Think of it as me paying my suppliers for the purchase of equipment, and the government making my loan my suppliers even more money, with the government paying me back the loan money in three yearly payments with no interest.

LOL!! That would certainly do it. I've always said there would never be enough charging stations in this country if the government mandated that everyone drives an EV. This article proves it. They can't even made enough of them now. It's just another money-making scheme like everything RATS come up with.

Exactly. With RATS it's rinse and repeat, and they hope you won't remember that the last time they did it, it went bust. The main push for these types of projects (it's happened in NY State too, under Andrew Cuomo), they pump taxpayer dollars into them, rewarding their biggest donors with tax-breaks, grants and contracts, and then those projects fail, and the contractors who got the money and benefits, back out of the deals, and walk away Scott free. It's all a big scam.
I think the left is using the squanderlus to buy up land.
Then they are going to build apartments, and rent the apartments to everyone they made too poor to buy cars.
