As I said earlier , he is sorta right on this . I should know having lived here in Japan for 38 years .
He’s right, but he’ll never place the blame for it where it belongs.
The Democrats have succeeded in taking this country down to the level of the lowest common denominator. Starting with crime, it was "racist" to have Blacks incarcerated at percentages higher than their population ratio. So when incarceration and our entire legal system shifted from punishing criminals to letting criminals off, well, what do you think happens to a society.
