D.C. federal Judge Reggie Walton is facing an ethics complaint after he publicly voiced approval of New York Judge Juan Merchan's decision to issue a gag order on former President Donald Trump, who is set to go to trial in Manhattan this month on hush money charges.
"Judge Walton must have known his interview was highly prejudicial to President Trump," the Article III Project, a conservative legal watchdog group, wrote in a complaint filed Tuesday with D.C. Court of Appeals Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan.
Since airing last week, Walton's CNN interview has garnered millions of views, and with Trump set to go on trial in Manhattan, Washington, D.C., Georgia and Florida, the group argued that the interview may have polluted every potential jury pool for all trials.

If a “sitting judge” commenting on a current “specific” case - yep, it’s an ethics ciolation.
Stormy Daniels has already ADMITTED nothing happened between her and Trump. But she was paid to keep her mouth shut during the election.
It seems it was not exactly Trump’s idea either, because his lawyer never got reimbursed for it. (yes, the same guy that went to jail)
So what. Anyone can make a “complaint”.

Reggie! One of Archie’s gang or Fat Albert’s bunch. Blacks are just too hateful to be given these “judge” gigs. The George Floyd Wakanda Avenger crowd. They should recuse themselves from all cases that involve the much-hated Caucasians the call racist white supremacist. They cannot be fair, honest and trusted.
Gag orders exist to protect the defendant, not the all-powerful state.
