Wasn’t the FACE act predicated on the existence of a constitutional right to get access to Abortions under Roe v Wade?

The law was rendered void when Roe v Wade was overturned.

Make sense to me. If the federal horse has been scratched from the abortion horse race, then any charges would be a state issue...
