I am pretty sure that a Harpoon Booster when "activated" it will make a very very loud noise and boost the missile to the necessary altitude. I think they need to revise the version of the news.

Harpoon has a ~70 nm range... The booster launches it from the ship. The missile has its own engine that kicks in after launch but the warhead needs to be activated to to work and it also needs a target to lock on to (radar) or it’s just a big azz bottle rocket.

Maybe Denmark should reconsider installing the Telephone Defense System that was proposed back in the 1970’s. This is how it worked: if the Soviets wanted to attack Denmark, all they would need to do is call a number and an answering machine would respond, Мы сдаемся (we surrender).
