There must be lots of video footage showing the actions of the Capitol Police.
I personally watched the jackbooted thug Barney Fife wannabes engage in those actions.

They have the wrong people in jail
It needs to be done. Also the brutality in the prison needs accountability. However, suing in a DC court will not yield satisfying results. DC courts are 100% rigged and these victims are on the wrong side.
There is no justice in America anymore. One side gets vindictive trials with no evidence, fake charges that are not even crimes, and guaranteed convictions, . The other side gets cases dismissed without a trial, corrupt judges, juries from the opposing party, and the perps getting less than a slap on the wrist even when they plead guilty.
That would be them case if DC was US territory, but unfortunately it is controlled by traitors.
