n illegal Mexican immigrant who has been deported at least eight times, according to Ohio's Butler County Sheriff's Office, and arrested nearly a dozen times is now facing murder charges following the discovery of a man’s body in Ohio.
Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, 46, is being held at the Butler County Jail on charges of aggravated murder (premeditated), using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs and obstructing official business, Fox 19 reports, citing jail records.
Officers found the victim’s body in the 1100 block of S. 13th Street in Hamilton just after 2:30 p.m. Monday in response to a 911 call.
Hamilton is just north of Cincinnati. Garcia-Gutierrez’s first arrest was back in 2001, and he has used at least seven different names and three different birthdates, Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones said during a Wednesday press conference. Garcia-Gutierrez has been charged with over 20 crimes in that time period and is also a gang member, Jones added.

Our gov’t is broken.
The border is broken because they refuse to enforce the laws on the books. Do you trust them to make new ones? The Senate bill is stuffed with “cash for jumpers” rather than rules they intend to follow.
On the third invasion they should be shot.
Looken sharp Republicans and Democrats...You’ve almost destroyed the country with your lunatic country killing Marxist policies!
Great job...
Our gov’t is broken.
To a large degree the Southern Border along the Rio Grande
has never been secured. True Texas tried to seal some of it
with steel wall barriers and razor wire in the Rio Grande.
But it never stopped the crossings and apparently Federal
Gov’t has never really cared or they would have taken actions
to stop the illegals from coming across.
Texas is on the verge of making illegal border crossings a state crime. Here’s what you need to know.
https://www.texastribune.org/2023/12/01/texas-border-sb4-illegal-crossing-state-law/
Gov. Greg Abbott says he will sign Senate Bill 4, which would make it a state crime to cross the border between ports of entry, allow police to arrest people who do and require judges to order them to return to Mexico.
According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data, federal agents encountered nearly 2.5 million migrants at the southern border in fiscal year 2023, which ended in September, breaking the record set in 2022. Those encounters included migrants who went to ports of entry to request asylum.
The bill would make it a state crime to cross the Texas-Mexico border between ports of entry. If a police officer has probable cause to believe a person crossed the Rio Grande, that person could be charged with a Class B misdemeanor, which carries a punishment of up to six months in jail. If the person has been previously convicted of entering Texas illegally under SB 4, the charge could be increased to a second-degree felony, which carries a punishment of two to 20 years in prison.
THE PROBLEM
Can Texas enforce immigration laws?
Federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, have ruled that immigration laws can only be enforced by the federal government.
Conviction of being deported three times should carry a short life sentence.
you spelled “first” wrong ...
It’s an invasion when out laws incentivize it?
He’s an animal in 3, 2, ....
For illegals jail or prison will be. a delight. Free food, lodging, medical and entertainment. Better than where they came from.
Hey, no problemo ... us tax payers will be glad to pay some ambulance chasing lawyer thousands to defend his sorry ass.
...and it is at runs roughshod over We the People. To put it politely.
Ah, he’s just a rambunctious youngster. Maybe he needs a time out and having his sling-shot taken away until the end of the school year.
I mean, really, what did he do? Murdered an American? We’re all going to have to give something to reach our goal of DIVERSITY at which point everything will be glitter, rainbows, and unicorns.
