President Joe Biden has helped balloon the number of foreign nationals living in the United States who are eligible or receiving Temporary Protected Status (TPS), making them ineligible for deportation, to nearly 1.2 million. Analysis from the Pew Research Center reveals that as of late last month, almost 1.2 million foreign nationals are eligible or receiving TPS so they can stay in the U.S., secure work permits, and avoid deportation.

As you say, it used to be we followed the Constitutional design and the President executed rather than authored laws. But i guess i am just old fashioned and resistant to this awful Kingship.
This is why we always lose. We're always two steps behind. Our government is openly ignoring immigration laws while we're still asking why the laws aren't being enforced as if they care about legal arguments.
We're being replaced. What are we going to do about it?

You are right, napscoordinator, but the entirety of the 1986 Immigration Reform HAS NEVER BEEN ENFORCED.
I thought, then, that Reagan was wrong on this one. But, I think there were some circumstances (non immigration) that played into it, as well...like a lot of other crappola in DC.
My underlying point is this: Amnesty does NOTHING to dissuade other illegal aliens from crapping on our borders, our lawa, and our Nation. Amnesty only helps the libturds look at themselves (smugly, no doubt) in the mirror.

A few years ago a caller to Rush stated that he was a government employee ad they were still processing paperwork today from that amnesty.
