Constitutional law as determined by the proper interpretation of the Constitution with Roe. States rights in their legal rights to determine the abortion policy no longer overrun by the federal government and supported by Trump for the states.

And he is trying to put a topic into the election process that has nothing to do with the president or any other federal employed person to devert voters minds using emotion rather than lawful facts. SWAMP! Somebody needs to call him on this. But who has the guts to go public. Certainly not the people that were voted in by a conservative base. Cowards.
