Saying it goes to states was a smart move...........since that is what the court said.
Excerpt that reiterating it as a states rights issue is important for the debate. This court case did not outlaw abortion; it merely put the onus on the states and their respective electorates to make their own laws — as it should have always been.

I agree. It’s a states issue. Period. I’m against abortion but it’s useless talking about at this point. Fix border first then chisel away
