I agree with them. Unfortunately, the U.S. Constitution does not.
It's the same reason why some states have no death penalty, while others sentence criminals to death with boring regularity. It's also the same reason why euthanasia and self-defense laws vary from state to state.
Personally, I think the right-to-life movement has been pursuing an ineffective approach for years. And that goes even more so for political dopes like Mike Pence. When was the last time you ever heard any of these professional hacks just come out and say that the U.S. instituted legalized abortion for the sole purpose of killing off black people and other "undesirables?"
