Jury selection could take up to two weeks, or around a quarter of the trial which is set to begin on April 15.
Potential jurors in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s falsified business documents case against Donald Trump will reportedly be asked whether they have been to rallies either in support of or against the former president, as well as if they follow him on social media, have attended one of his rallies, or use Truth Social.
Potential jurors will be asked if they use Trump’s social media platform Truth Social, as well as if they have "feelings of opinion about how Mr. Trump is being treated in this case," as well as whether they belong to any anti-Trump groups such as Antifa.
They will also be asked if they have attended rallies or campaign events for Trump, whether they have a close friend or relative who has volunteered with Trump’s campaign, and if they have followed Trump on social media.
Additionally, potential jurors will be asked if they have any strong feelings or firmly held beliefs about whether Trump would be charged in state court.
The release of the questionnaire came just before an appeals court rejected Trump’s bid to remove the trial from Manhattan or delay it, saying that an impartial jury could not be selected in the Big Apple. Trump was charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. The case involves the recording of funds paid by Trump to his then-attorney in the lead-up to the 2020 election, which were recorded as legal fees in Trump's records.
Bragg alleges that those funds were used by the attorney to pay porn star Stormy Daniels hush money over an alleged affair.
Otherwise the entire jury will be made up of hate filled liberals.
But its A OK if any juror supports Antifa, BLM, or watches CNN and MSNBC all day long that’s just fine..if I were in the jury pool Id lie my ass off
The mere asking of this question is proof that this is nothing but a political trial.
Wouldn’t want President Trump to have a jury of his peers or anything.
I assume he also asked if they followed anti-Trump stuff?

The jurors and the judge and the prosecutors should all be asked if they are democrats and support democrats’ stances on the issues, and if they follow the liberal media religiously, and if they’ve ever voted for anyone other than a democrat.
How about asking them if they ever followed Biden on Social Media, Used Democrat Underground or attended a Biden rally?
Defense should ask jurors, “Are you now or have you ever been a member of the Demoncrat Party”?
If that gets people removed from the jury, then can the jury be a fair jury of peers?
They probably will, if only to ensure these people get seated on the jury.
Yeah, there is that too.
I guess if you are looking for a fair jury you would want them to answer “Who is Trump? and “Who is Biden”?
