He wears sunglasses to make him look younger. It hides his wrinkles and bags under his eyes. That is the only possible reason, especially when there is no sun.

No. The post above yours is the reason. He’s being overmedicated. They don’t care what the side effects of the drugs are. They only want him to make it through the parade.
