New York CNN — For the third time in three days, a New York appellate judge has denied an attempt by former President Donald Trump to delay his hush money trial.
Trump on Wednesday asked a New York appeals court for emergency relief to stop the criminal trial scheduled to begin Monday from going ahead so he could appeal a lower court’s ruling on presidential immunity and have the judge recused from the case.
It took Associate Justice Ellen Gesmer just minutes after hearing arguments to reject the interim motion to stay the trial.

Can Trump take this to the Supreme Court, there is NO way he will be acquitted in New York he will be convicted in 1 second..even IF there is any Juror who even thinks about acquitting him, their names will be released and they will be hunted down and killed..they know their lives will be at risk if they do the right thing

Judges and courts are THE enemy of laws.
Yep the legal process always have some that gets the brunt
of the process. Federal and State processes may vary from
each other in a case. So in all it comes down to the verdict
and how it impacts the gov’t and individuals. You never know
what a jury will do until they come back with a decision. jmo

case and results. I have no idea if it’s been to trial at
some point in the past. Not going to do any searching.
He will have to exhaust his state level legal remedies first. Then, perhaps, his lawyers can make a case in federal court for a civil rights violation, but that seems like a remote possibility right now.
Not yet. They start jury selection next week. You might be thinking of his civil fraud trial.
To paraphrase Johnny Lee’s “Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places”, Trump is looking for honest, fair justice in the wrong place:
