President Joe Biden’s campaign launched a seven-figure ad buy in Arizona about abortion on Thursday in the wake of the state Supreme Court’s decision to uphold an 1864 law that bans nearly all abortions, CBS News reported.
“Because of Donald Trump, millions of women lost the fundamental freedom to control their own bodies,” Biden says in the ad. “And now, women’s lives are in danger because of that. The question is, if Donald Trump gets back in power, what freedom will you lose next? Your body and your decisions belong to you, not the government, not Donald Trump. I will fight like hell to get your freedom back.”

Abortion does not make a woman “un-pregnant”. It makes her the mother of a dead baby that she arranged to be killed. No amount of storytelling to oneself or each others will negate that. Tragedy multiplied enormously around the world.

I’m afraid you may be right. Just this weekend an older woman at the local hardware store said this election is going to be about abortion. I thought “alright!”. Then she went on to say how Trump was going to ban it and her neighbor is going to have to destroy her embryos. Put me back on my heals.
Exactly. It’s all they have for the 2024 campaign, for the most part. They can’t campaign on the economy, they can’t campaign on crime, they can’t campaign on border security, they can’t campaign inflation, they can’t campaign in the job, market, etc.
So a devout Catholic can support infanticide. Something seems counterproductive about that to me.

Trump did it to himself by "splitting the baby" over Arizona' abortion law in order to placate a bunch of evil people wanting to kill defenseless children.
Trump should have doubled down on banning abortion, and gone on the offensive by linking Planned Parenthood to the genocide of African-Americans an other citizens "of color".
This whole decision in Arizona has distinct similarities to the leaked plan to overturn Roe v. Wade by the USSC. Both of these “issues” are serving as a clarion call to all of the brain dead to vote for - wait for it - “reproductive health care”. My ass. This is a planned news story / event to help the donkeys and the repukes are too stupid to see it for what it is.
Those who believe abortion won’t be an issue in November should consider this ad. You will be hearing it and seeing it, or others with the same message, on a regular basis. And abortion demagoguery will be in the news in every state, attacking every state law as Donald Trump killing women. Not an issue? Don’t worry, NBC and their co-conspirators will keep it alive and well.
Democrats like anything which offers them an excuse to avoid personal accountability. Little “mistake” on that Saturday night? Don’t worry, PP is just down the street.
