Probably .22 long rifle; I have a Smith & Wesson 917 with a 10 round cylinder, and have been wanting to get one of the Ruger GP 100 in .22 for some time now.

No, it’s literally the name of the pistol.

They’re fairly well known.

The most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off!

It’s a High Standard Double Nine. .22 LR revolver, double action, nine round capacity. Long out of production. Not a great gun compared to a Smith K22, but was much cheaper. It was made in two versions, one similar to the K22 and one modeled after the western six shooter.

An inexpensive 9 shot .22 made from the mid-50’s until the 80’s.

Pretty common type of inexpensive .22 revolver, generally made on the 60s and 70s. Actually, a pretty decent and reliable gun of the type:

I have one. It’s an inexpensive.22 caliber revolver that holds 9 rounds in the cylinder.

It’s a high-quality, 9-round .22LR revolver, which cosmetically resembles a Colt SAA. I have one.
