On what grounds can a father not go to his sons graduation ceremony?

Well first, the judge hasn’t decided yet.

Second, he’s on trial for felonies for which he must be present if court is in session.

Third, if Barron means so much to him, maybe don’t boink a porn actress when your wife just gave birth to the kid.

I imagine that is a scheduled trial day. Since this is a criminal trial, Trump has to be in court each day and the judge will not recess the trial for the day to allow him to attend the graduation.

Is the graduation on a Saturday or Sunday as is usual? Is Merchan going to have court on Saturday or Sunday?

Wouldn’t it be a shame if a remote-controlled drone just so happened to emit unbearable skunk smell whenever Merchan enters his own courtroom? Maybe he wouldn’t be able to have court on those days...

On the grounds that a judge ordered him to be in court for his criminal trial. Right or wrong, the judge can do that.
