Fox News says that the new FISA legislation expires in two years, and that several substantive changes were actually made to the old FISA rules.
I have not confirmed that with my own research.

I was thinking about voting for Marc Veasey in November, until I learned he voted for FISA too. Doesn’t matter, I now live in a 75% Democrat district. When my wife called yesterday, his secretary traced her number to prove she was talking to a constituent.
I have two votes to cast: for Trump and Ted Cruz…that’s it.
