All this window crepe paper hanging by the AP in an article on the one day absence of Clarence Thomas. Almost every one of the SCOTUS has been absent— many times from hearings. They single him out and hang all this shite on him for his wife’s actions... as justification for the crap AP release.
Absolute bilge.

Almighty God, may Justice Thomas be blessed with a long life and an extended career on the Supreme Court.

A whole whooping ONE day? Damn, poor dude must have gone thru a huge ordeal! Poor guy! In related news, Harrison For going for one hour without snacking sparks rumors he has anorexia and may be slowly starving to death.

“...to step aside from cases involving Jan. 6 because his wife, Ginni, attended then-President Donald Trump’s rally near the White House before protesters descended on the Capitol.”

I find it hard to understand how asking a supreme court justice, one that was voted into a position by congress, scrutinized for being impartial enough to determine the ideals and the lives of people based upon the Constitution, and given the responsibility of setting the highest standard of our society, is being questioned because of his wife’s political determination of her ideals of this country. If that’s the case, then there is no right to be the congress politician and do your job as you are at that point you should not be held acountable for representing the country. If any justice gets into the position, then congress is wrong for putting them in there and not giving him/her the trust in their integrity. Thus the congressperson is even less trustworthy in doing theior job as the justices are in doing theirs.

I thought he might show up in New York as Donald Trump’s new lead attorney. :)
