The House passed their Border Bill in May 2023 and it was sent to the Senate. Senate said he will not bring it to the floor. It's a very comprehensive bill and includes finishing the wall.

McConnell actually co sponsored the bill along with other Republicans. Cruz introduced the bill in the Senate.

And there it sits.
