PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - On Thursday, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced a lawsuit against Sheetz, alleging the convenience store and gas chain of denying employment to a class of job application due to their race.
The U.S. EEOC alleges that Sheetz has a practice of screening all applicants for records of criminal conviction and then denying them employment based on said record. The EEOC's charge claims that Sheetz disproportionally screened out applicants who are black, Native American, and multiracial.

For those of you outside the Sheetz market area, they run a large chain of 24/7 gas and fast food restaurants which serve and awesome variety of sandwiches among other things. They handle a large volume of cash transactions and need reliable and honest employees to operate efficiently.
The EEOC is going after them for no other reason than being successful and having deep pockets.
Didn’t Brandon do a photo op at Sheetz a couple days ago.
I’ve been in a few Sheetz, and they creep me out for some reason. Not that that matters the issue at hand, obviously.

VERY SUSPICIOUS - Perhaps Sheetz had agreed to make a big event out of Biden’s visit, but then came to their senses and so the visit became an embarrassment.
