President Biden and former President Trump are tied in the latest national polling average of a hypothetical three-way general election race that includes independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., according to The Hill/Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ).
Biden and Trump are tied at 41.3 percent support, with Kennedy following at 7.7 percent, according to DDHQ’s average of 130 polls that asked respondents about a hypothetical three-way match-up in the 2024 general election.
Trump has consistently led Biden in the three-way hypothetical race since Nov. 8, when Biden briefly overtook Trump, 39.3 percent support to 39.1 percent. In December and into January, Trump maintained a statistically significant lead over Biden, but Biden began gaining on Trump early last month.
“Since President Biden gave his State of the Union speech in early March, we have seen him close the gap nationally to be tied with former President Trump for the first time since November 2023,” DDHQ’s Scott Tranter said.
The narrowing in the polls, Tranter said, “is a foreshadowing of the intense campaigning and volatility in the polling we’ll experience as we close in on November’s election.”

And how many of those polled answer truthfully? Many supporters of President Trump are hesitant to tell a stranger out of fear of persecution. People are lying to the pollsters.
I’m skeptical of RFK helping Trump or Biden,
I think that he will ultimately take votes from each close to equally.
When it became apparent that he was going to be on ballots-his odds came in a little bit at both Trump and Biden’s expense about equally.
I’ll guess more clarity will come out as we get closer. I’m not believing the polls over the bettors.

According to the brief, the state of Georgia cannot punish someone for committing a crime in a federal judiciary, like lying under oath, because that falls under the jurisdiction of the federal government, not the state.

That damn women’s vote and their quest for FREEDOM to “Kill the babies” makes no sense. The majority of women casting these votes wouldn’t even consider an abortion. Makes no sense at all. Sheep....Murder is NOT a right??...Particularly against innocents.
In 2016, third-party play started out big. Gary Johnson, the Libertarian, was pulling double digits. Jill Stein, the Green, was pulling high single digits. There were a few others. By the end, Johnson was down to 3 percent and Stein to 1 percent. Almost all of Johnson’s support shifted over to Trump, and almost all of Stein’s support shifted over to Clinton. The shift of Johnson’s support was one of two or three big reasons for Trump’s dramatic come from behind victory. It was one of the most dramatic political victories in history, easily on a par with Harry Truman’s victory in 1948. Consider yourself fortunate if you were part of it. One day history will be able to give that contest the recognition it deserves.
In 2020, the Libertarians nominated a party-insider and was hardly heard of. Kanye West and the Green Party candidate were kept off the ballot in almost every important state by fastidiousness in checking signatures and enforcing deadlines. I may be the only pundit in the country who thinks Biden won and Trump lost because West and the Green Party candidate were kept off the ballots in Georgia, Wisconsin and Arizona. The Democrats didn’t miss a beat. They were working the angles from the start, beginning with keeping the third-parties that could hurt them off the ballot. Anybody out there who thinks the Democrats are just going to step aside and let Trump win isn’t being realistic. We’re in a knife fight in a dark alley.
This year, it’s like 2016 over again. A big hoop-dee-doo about third parties. In the end, the vast majority will come home to either the Republican or the Democratic Party. Think of Bill Barr. That guy realizes it’s not just Trump, it’s the entire f’n country that’s on the line. (On the other hand, DON’T think of Chris Christie. That fat tub of lard is full of himself. He DOESN’T put the country first.)
I do think some of the anti-Semites will be voting third-party, as will some of the green weenies. RFK Jr with his mish-mash of conspiracy theories ... who can figure that guy out? On the other hand, we have two guys who have actually served as President. From most people’s perspectives, both have short-comings. But, guess what, everybody does. How about we consider some of our guy’s very strong strengths? I’ll just mention his amazing energy (a lot of which he draws from his fans).
They say you win or lose in football as a team. Well, guess what, that’s the way it will be this election.
In other words, the polls that once had Trump leading before he cinched the nomination are tightening.
By all rights Trump should be blowing Biden’s doors off..he is not..very troubling.
It’s an electoral college though not based on vote share.

By mid May the fake pollsters will have all gotten in line and will all revert back to the united front of lies about Crime Boss Joey being “tied” - now and leading by three or five later. They know that if they are to have any chance to re-steal the Oval Office and re-install their senile criminal candidate they must build the” plausible” lie that he was ahead for months leading up to November.
This is a tactic not the truth so Surrender Monkeys relax because there will be much “better” fake polling coming soon.
None of this means anything.
The key to this election is and will always be for the RNC to beat the cheat.
They are currently on their way to getting the job done.
