I’ve got a “Reagan as Che” T-Shirt I like to wear to on my shopping rounds sometimes. Nearly every time I get a knowing nod, a thumbs up or someone saying “Nice shirt!”. Yesterday, three people, including two unlikely looking folks in maybe their early 30’s made very positive comments: “We need him now!” “He was a REAL President”, etc. We need a solid leader, but my sense is that people aren’t confident that our society/systems, given corruption, can provide one.
I have a couple of T-Shirts with a picture of Reagan and “remember when we had a real president?”.
What was unlikely in how they looked?
