Back in the Shep Smith days, they aired live a motorcycle fleeing police for 45 minutes or so. One freeway to another, weaving in and out of traffic, he was flat flying. They guy exited down a raamp and his brakes had carmelized or whatever the term is and he t-boned into an 18 wheeler trailer. DRT

If the driver was fleeing from a stop, was there an actual pursuit?
If the drivers saw another LE vehicle while fleeing and freaked, how is that a pursuit?
BTW, looks like LE had reason for the stop, regardless of theft, just to the likely violation of PA’s seat belt laws.
My concern is what percents of those who live there are criminals and considered worthless trash that have no character or respect for others. Society would be better off if the trash was just disposed of as trash. Most Americans are decent but the trash does start to make things rotten. DAs etc that refuse to prosecute makes everything rotten.
Well that looks more like a Taurus. I’ve owned both and I knew the other photo was a Chevy of some kind more than likely a Tahoe those things are huge I kept all my camping stuff a couple tacked boxes and 4 or 5 rod and reels and still had room for 4 or 5 people.
