While the motorcycle itself is ‘capable’ of high speeds, the motorcycle rider.....not so much. Also, no matter how good you are, or think you are, if you are on a public road, the other drivers are not there to just get out of the way. Another Darwin Award. At least they will not pass on the idiot gene.
Back in the Shep Smith days, they aired live a motorcycle fleeing police for 45 minutes or so. One freeway to another, weaving in and out of traffic, he was flat flying. They guy exited down a raamp and his brakes had carmelized or whatever the term is and he t-boned into an 18 wheeler trailer. DRT
