We had to correct her, and we knew how to do it by now. We would not sit quietly in our white-bodied privilege, nor would our corrections be given apologetically or packaged with niceties. There I was, one of about 30 people attending a four-day-long Zoom seminar called “The Toxic Trends of Whiteness,” hosted by the group Education for Racial Equity.
An older white woman whom I’ll call Stacy had confessed to the group that she was ashamed of being white, and that she hoped in her next life she wouldn’t be white anymore. This provided us with a major learning moment. One participant began by amping herself up, intoning the concepts we’d been taught over the past two days: “Grounding, rooting, removing Bubble Wrap.” Then she got into it. “What I heard you say about wanting to come back as a dark-skinned person in your next life was racist, because as white people we don’t have the luxury of trying on aspects of people of color.”

Anytime I actually read an article from the Atlantic it kills braincells as if I was huffing paint thinner.

What would the Madison Avenue bozo ad makers do with no white “wimmins” to star in their “ads” with all the black guys.
Sociologically fascinating that the black awareness/pride push over the last decade has reaped real results. When studied from a sociological standpoint, the government can alter group think on segments of population.
With this in mind think of how else we as Americans can be manipulated into agreeing with exorbitant spending.
How can anyone see black culture as viable, much less superior?
Leftism truly is a religion at the lower levels, created so that the leftists in power can have more power.
There is no such thing as “white privilege”. There is only the privileges that our forefathers bought for their progeny with their blood, sweat, and tears.
It’s chicken and egg...only someone that hates themselves already would participate in this demeaning garbage.
Black and Hispanic dudes are the only ones who are now issued licenses to be “toxic masculine”. Hasn’t anyone noticed yet?
Some people have a finger or a limb removed because the believe it doesn’t belong on them guess what type of people attended the zoom meeting.
