Oh, yes. Every spot that Slobo wanted to incorporate into "Greater Serbia" just HAPPENED to be occupied by terrorists.

And then every Serb in Krajina just HAPPENED to be a terrorist when the Croats got rocking and rolling. And every Serb in Bosnia just HAPPENED to be a terrorist when the Muslims started hopping.

Sure were a LOT of "terrorists" on all sides...or the politicians on all sides LIED, and their citizens were either stupid enough to believe it without question, or they were evil enough to shoot their neighbors because the bossman said to. I really don't care what the excuse is from ANYONE.

Maybe you missed that one. My friend was in Zagreb a year after you were. BTW, he was (and still is) hardcore "Croatia for the Croatians" type, but he was disgusted at some of the folks who'd come to prominence in the wake of the war.

Well, the version I heard, from someone who went there, was that it was named for Pavelic. (BTW, it wasn't a main thoroughfare.)

Now, he could've heard it second or third-hand, but he didn't indicate that at the time.

Think of it this way - if we turned America over to the leadership of the Klan, La Raza, and the Nation of Islam, people in Europe would be shaking their heads and wondering how to repopulate America with Native Americans.

There were some who tried to stop it, but unfortunately, when people turned on the TV and heard that La Raza and Nation of Islam were planning to turn them into landfill, the Klan started to look like a decent proposition.

Yeah, there was a LOT of BS floating around the whole Balkans mess. But please don't tell me that the Serbs were innocent angels and that the Croats and Muslims were the sole authors of evil--while the Serbs had the power to do so, they committed all of the stuff that happened to them later on.

As for Srpska Vatra, if he were REALLY a Marine Sniper, he'd be dead already. The USMC does NOT like former snipers giving the Corps a black eye, and there have been rumors that a few 'Nam era snipers who went over to the dark side were systematically hunted down and killed off by SOMEBODY or a group of somebodies who was (or were) extremely good at hunting snipers.

No, actually, I just want you to just kill each other off. Kick to much Muslim butt, and they get lots of artillery to equalize things. If the Muslims then kick too much Serb butt, then the Serbs get some goodies instead. Once you finish slaughtering each other, then we grade and resod the whole peninsula, and subdivide it for condominiums.

Well, yours is certainly one way, but I'd prefer if we tried to support like minded people and isolate the jackasses - dreamer, I know.

Oh no, I didn't mean to say he'd graduated from Marine Sniper School or anything - rather he intimated that he outshot the rest of his buddies from "Nerd Herd" Platoon whilst going through Boot Camp. I think he was gonna be a Tanker or something and then ran off to Bosnia after getting accosted by some Afghanis on his driveway.
