For future reference, you must file a non-paying bidder alert when a winning bidder doesn't pay. You must do this within 45 days of the auction closing. You must then wait 10 days (actually the 11th day) after you have filed a non-paying bidder alert before you can request credit for the final value fee. Once you do that, your account will be credited with the amount. Be advised that if a bidder is no longer a registered user, you will be able to file the non-paying bidder alert and request credit at the same time. Ebay's site will automatically take you to the credit request page. Don't forget to leave negative feedback for the moron who didn't honor the auction agreement.

Thanks much 55th. I have seen the memorial plaque across the street from the State House more than a few times.
