My problem was with PayPal, and I finally got my $$$ back when California and Minnesota states attorney generals hounded them.

Of course this was for several thousand, so I don't think the SAGs would get excited about an $8 fee. I've some Ukrainian friends who now live in Budapesht, if you have that guy's address maybe we could scare him ;-)

You know, Ebay and PayPal started out with tiny or no fees and have steadily increased these while decreasing service. I suppose it's the nature of monopolies.

I found a neat site that I've had good luck with for my sort of toys: Gunbroker.com, which I understand Ebay won't handle. Good luck!

Ain't it the truth. Too bad Yahoo auctions can't seem to achieve lift off. I have bought stuff on that site. And thanks for the kind offer of Ukrainian assistance to help straighten out this matter. Do they do knee capping?
