Don't want to seem like a killjoy, but expecting personalized service on an $8 claim seems excessive. Maybe Ebay isn't doing everything it could, but if they refunded fees immediately after every claim they would be run out of business in a week. Maybe the world just isn't perfect.
No problem. Your perspective is good. At the same time I can order something over the internet from newegg (great people BTW) and if there is an 8$ overcharge I can get someone on THE PHONE in five minutes. WHILE at eBay I can't even really e-mail them.
ON TOP OF THIS I can often get a better deal at newegg on a computer part than I can at eBay. How you like them apples? There is a new ECS motherboard ( K7S6A) that some clown is trying to hawk for $100+ at eBay. Strictly for suckers only. While at newegg is calmly and quietly going for $70 with $6 shipping and handling.
