Hillary Picks Up Presidential Endorsement

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton has won an unexpected endorsement for her expected bid to become the first female elected president in U.S. history.

"This will be our first lady president of the United States!" shouted fight promoter Don King, as Clinton huddled with race-baiting firebrand Rev. Al Sharpton at Wednesday's Dorothy Height dinner in Washington.

When the former co-president pretended not to notice King's announcement, he reiterated the prediction in louder tones, according to the Washington Post's Hamil R. Harris.

"This will beeee! Our first! Lady president of these United States! Representative of the people! America at its best!"

Sen. Clinton did nothing to challenge King's soothsaying, telling her electric-haired supporter, "You sound like a fight promoter."
