That picture looks like a very directed and controlled explosion, if that is the vehicle that blew up.
From the looks of the van in the pic, it seems as though it was a person bomb, not a car bomb. PLO (and other) terrorists blow up crowded shopping areas, not one dude in a quiet neighborhood.
Now I would like to know more about the dude in question.
