locks so children can't drive them! Wait, they

key to the storage place for the keys to be . . .
This whole accident wouldn't have happened if those awful parents hadn't interfered . . . why couldn't they have just gone to bed and let the girl alone? Everybody does it, and the parents just frightened the poor kid . . .
</sarcasm>Ban cars! Car has definitely been shown to be a deadly weapon that even our kids can get ahold of and use. We need an amendment detailing car prohibition! If everyone walked we'd have a much safer society - for the children I beg of you - for the good of society - end the madness.
