Sounds great -- but what exactly does a "chapter" do? (Sorry, but this is a serious question.) I think I'd like to be included, but I'd just like to know what it all means first.
To: NH Liberty
Understand. The Chapters are organized to Help Educate, help people get invloved in your States Local issues etc. In addition to getting to know your Fellow Freepers. Offically the NE. Chapter has started today, So we are really new. There is allot more that can be said. The Chapter also has a Web Site were annoucements about projects, schedules and events for NE freepers. So as we start up we can provide more information. Thanks NH Liberty. FlyingA

but what exactly does a "chapter" do? Well NH Liberty, Great question. Take for example the S.C. chapter, A Few Freepers there started the ball rolling on the Bill of rights day. To teach people the Bill of rights, and to recognize the day not as a "vacation holiday" but to educate people who have lived in this country all of their lives and have no idea what the Bill of rights is.
You can also look at the Fla. chapter, for example when the dreaded chad wars were on. Or the DC Chapter for their outstanding work.
Freepers do great things all over this country!! The Idea behind a chapter is to localize Free Republic. To Educate, Motivate, and activate the Conservative cause.

Just thought I'd mention that RadioFR is engineered in New England. I'm a little busy with that but I'm with ya in spirit.

Congratulations to another "coalition" chapter from Tri-State (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut)! Those of us in Liberal Land need to join forces to get worthwhile freeps going and give one another support. God bless you on your way and count on our help whenever we can give it.

Great news! I'll be checking in regularly. It's easy to be a Conservative in flyover country, it takes a strong will to stay and fight in the vast liberal wasteland.
CT Bump!
If any one would like to be removed from my CT Bump list, please let me know and it will be done ASAP. Conversely, if you would like to be added the same holds true.

God bless you on your way and count on our help whenever we can give it. Thank you Firebrand, we just may ask for your help!! LOL
I'm very excited about getting this started, New England may be ultra liberal, however I feel there are a lot of sleeping or low key conservatives up here, who can't wait to jump on this band wagon!!! :)
