I'm real familiar with Guidestar and have posted links to them before. I just don't understand why JW does not post their financials on their web site. What's the big deal?
All campaign donations should be posted on the web within a couple of days (one of Bushes ideas) and the same thing should apply to nonprofits. If the nonprofits are not going to pay taxes and also benefit from the perks they receive that are subsidized by taxpayers ALL their records should be totally public.
If JW would simply publish their records (where is year 2001???) I'd be very happy. But until they do that I put them in the same league as ADL, Rainbow PUSH, PETA, The Brady Gun Grabbers, NOW, etc.
As I've said here for a long time, there are over 700,000 nonprofits in America and way too many are in business to push their political agendas and/or enrich their handlers.
