Attacks against synagogues in France continue. Four firebombs were hurled at a synagogue in a suburb [in the] north of France. There were no injuries. There are reports of light damage.

French police are reported to be deployed in large numbers to protect Jewish institutions in France following a week of almost daily attacks.

France has a large population of Algerian Arabs who have carried out terrorist attacks against the French people, particularly during the mid-ninties. The French people are very unhappy about the situation.

My mother lives there and we communicate almost everyday. It is a major problem over there, and it is very disturbing how the media is not metioning the fact much that these anti-Semites are the Algerian Muslims who live there, and who in many cases have aquired French citizenship. Believe me, this does not go over well with the French people.
