Or it could be that Williams was used to destroy the true messenger and the plan failed. If this is true, it was Ellen and not Williams, that first alerted the FBI. If that be the case, we should be lauding Ellen, not Williams.

Personally, I wouldn't tend to trust someone who has had business dealings with Palestinians and Chinese spies.-

" Informants" generally don't have the power to "ruin" their "handlers", it's usually the other way around.Look for an on-slaught against the CI, Ellen ,if this story grows legs.

Burning a CI to the "opposition" is not good form and is fraught with liablity and complications. Remember Carolyn Howe ? How about Randy Weaver ? One was an infromant- the other rejected the "opportunity" and was subsequently targeted with a spurious criminal complaint." Oh what a tangled web we weave..."
