There was a great anecdote I heard on KABC radio in Los Angeles while driving my car. Gore had finally conceded after the Supreme Court decision. He was having a Christmas party that night, and they had a sound bite that went something like this: "For all my friends coming to the Christmas party tonight but can't remember where I live, drive down the street to where they are shouting 'Get out of Cheney's house.'"

Lol! I was there! It was fun! My two young daughters (aged 7 and just under 5 at the time) will probably go through their entire adult lives able to remember standing across the street from the Vice-President's mansion yelling, "Get out of Cheney's house!" We made a bunch of signs... my personal favorite read, "Give back our military vote you lying theives!"

Great work, Doug! I love it! Now that we're moving to the left-coast, of FLA, to Tarpon Springs, on August 1st, maybe I can get my mikes, amps, mixers, and tape-decks out of storage there.

I'm way too old for this moving-shit, but guys, I get a boathouse and dock in my backyard, on a salt-water river, ten minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.

I get an upstairs studio to put my stuff in, including a giant TV with surround-sound, and a goddam elevator to get up there!
