Would someone please tell Slick Willie that he's irrelevant.
To: hchutch
Yeah, and he "almost got Bin Laden", too.

Wait a minute, according to the Dims, all this corruption started on W's watch. NOTHING happened when Bubba was President. Now, we are going to hear that it was going on and the GOP kept him from doing something about it (where have I heard THAT song before?)?
So, which is it?

The Big Creep strikes again!

CLINTON SAYS GOP BLOCKED HIS ATTEMPTS AT monkey BUSINESS because they new there was no way he could REFORM his lustful ways... and that his intern was DEVELOPING into a fellatrix..

(POSSIBLE BARF ALERT)That has to be the understatement of the year. This is going to be a DOUBLE-BAGGER ATOMIC PROJECTILE BOWL BUSTER of a Barf Alert.....................
Or maybe the reason the slickster was getting Marc Rich back in the country was to help out in his corporate reform plans.

Hey, hey, hey. I called it. Actually, much like a broken clock, I can be right twice a day. Today was just the beginning. BTW, it takes more than a few months to pull off the investigation that resulted in the arrests today.
As to the matter at hand, Clinton is trying to deflect something as are many of the major league Dems. The Trafficant mess tonight wasn't as much about Jim as it was a sad attempt by the Dems to show how hard they can be on corruption. So what.
So much of the ranting and raving of the past few days can be blown out of the water with simple facts. Same as this stupid statement. Freepers have id'd Lieberman's successful attempts to derail tougher accounting laws proposed during the Clinton Administration.
Stay tuned, it is only going to get better.

What reform did he have in mind that would have prevented this?
NONE.
What did his lying do to give the green light to CEOs to start lying under oath?
EVERYTHING.
Bill Clinton is directly responsible for Enron. Bill Clinton is directly responsible for Arthur Andersen. Bill Clinton is directly responsible for Global Crossing. Bill Clinton is directly responsible for Merck.

'Ya mean the GOP twisted his arm and made him cut the SEC's budget by 60%?
To: hchutch
Bubba,
SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN!!!!!!!
To: hchutch
In the history of the Republic, there has never been a former president who went around criticising the current one.
Even in this way he shows again he is a scumbag.
To: hchutch
Does this shifty guy think he is the Shadow Prez or something?
Why can't he be happy writing his revisionist presidential memoirs, or building his library, or doing what he likes best like groping gals and finding creative accounting scams to score his golf card?

And another thing. At a glance, it seem that a few of the companies in trouble were involved in rubber stamped mergers during the Clinton Administration.
A few questions need to be asked that evidently weren't asked by the Clinton SEC...
1. What law firms represented the participants before the SEC?
2. What brokers handled the IPO?
3. What funds were active in the purchase of IPOs, how long did they hold on the the issue and at what point did they get out?
4. What problems were masked by Clinton and Co in the fast tracking of these mergers>

If we were suddenly attacked by swarms of rabid gerbils, Clinton would just swear to the heavens that "ah sure did trah to pass legis-layshun to git them varmints, but the 'Publicans jus' wouldn' let me do it."
What a miserable, lying, self-serving, sack of excrement.

All too predictable. What ya wanna bet, Sink Boy gets louder and louder toward November? Anyone wanna take bets?

You know, this and the 'almost got Bin laden' quote remind me of this quote from a well known cult classic:
..."and Sir Robin the- not- quite- so- brave- as- Sir- Lancelot, who had nearly fought the Dragon of Angnor, who had nearly stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol, and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill..."
( Taken from the script of Monty Python's 'Holy Grail', the narrative portion preceeding Scene 6)

This fellow worked for eight years to show us that it wasn't necessary for our leaders to have any morals.
