These homeowners associations and housing authority people are Nazis. There are times they do things that I think may even be unconstitutional. My ex-neighbor was told she couldn't put up her flag on 9-11. Thankfully, that has now been fixed by a new law allowing the flag, but the problem still exists.

And the town's zoning boards are angels? I think not.

Where do these homeowners associations think they can get away with this? It's the town and city wide restrictions that have been put on the books for decades now.

Try living in Connecticut. I've been tring for 4 months to get a permit to install a water well just to water my gardens and lawn. The drilling company won't touch it without a permit. The town won't issue a permit because there's a municipal water system in the street. The state won't issue an exeption without a 75 foot radius from the well to all my property lines. My property is only 80 feet wide at it's largest. So big government is denying me the freedom to drill a well.

Regulation at ALL levels in this country is EXCESSIVE.
