When I lost my Tigger last year I had to decide whether to get another second cat. Because of the cost I decided not to do so. I am not on government assistance but I am determined to move into the middle class now that my student loans are paid. I figure I save about $40.00 a month by having only one cat and that does not include the vet bills. That is $480 dollars a year to save or invest and that aint hay.
