O'Reilly just had a he/she on with a similar complaint...he was turned down by a Beauty School (all-girl ??? Bill was not sure about this ???) after they realized that he was legally a male, something that was not admitted to on the application...anyway, I heard an new term during the discussion...he "self-identified" as a female and therefore everyone was (I gathered) to accept his choice as valid ! (and tough tooties if the other girls at the school felt uncomfortable with this situation). Well, maybe I "self-identify" as a super-model....but it sure as heck don't make me one :)
