J E R U S A L E M, Sept. 3 In a landmark decision, Israel's Supreme Court on Tuesday approved the expulsion of relatives of Palestinian terror suspects.
The unanimous ruling by a special nine-judge panel came in the case of three Palestinians whom the Israeli military ordered expelled from the West Bank to the Gaza Strip.

Great news katt, this is just what's needed.
Instead of glory, the families of animalistic butchers need to find shame and ruin. This is good step in the right direction.

A good start.
Now, it is time for the US, Canada, Britain, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Philipines...even France to start sending non-citizen arabs/muslims back to their hellhole countries of origin.
I wish. (Even naturalized citizens, at the slightest phuque-up on their part).

This tactic is working. Notice no bombs in a long time and terrorism is down sharply. It is down right peaceful around here since Israel has started being police instead of the PA.
On another thread they have started arresting Palestinian Police driving stolen Israeli cars. This should drop the car theft rate too.
Funny, good police work stops crime. Who would have thunk it? It is high time to run all terrorist groups out of Israel so that the inhabitants both arab and jewish alike can live in peace. I think at this point a nice long drawn out trial with 10,000 counts of murder against Arafat ending in a public hanging would be a good thing. The IDF has captured enough evidence to send Arafat and is "cabinet" up the river styx a hundred times over.
Now if cigarette companys can be sued for a client catching cancer, why can not the Eee Uuu be sued for giving money to Arafat. The whole world knows he is a terrorist, it would not be hard to prove in court the Eee Uuu knew it to.

Boy I welcome this decision. It's about time there are some teeth in Israeli response towards the civilian population. Side with Araf*rts murderers and be expelled.
Truly, I personally would rather most of the palies were totally expelled. Oh, BTW, permenantly too.

The news in the Jewish month of Elul.... on the eve of the Jewish New Year keeps getting better and better. I am still pinching myself.... is this the SAME Leftist Supreme Court that once sprung nazi killer Ivan Demanjuk from prison and put the child killer of Dani Katz back out on the streets?? It appears that little by little Israel is reasserting the will to defend itself and pulling back from the brink of Oslo national suicide. Mazel Tov and L'Chaim! This coming year the people of Israel perhaps can truly say L'Shana Tova!!!

You make a good point American In Israel, even though I still have my doubts about you actually living in Israel.

They've come a long way from killing all the males and taking the women and children as slaves. That was more efficient though.
